Every verdict starts from the same place: the real foreigner price against the MyKad rate, the exact train that reaches it, and the hour of day that changes the experience. Where a tour only sells you a driver and a narration for something that is free to enter, we say so. Where it genuinely unlocks a place rail cannot reach, we say that too.

If you want a ranked list of the “top 20 things to do” with no verdict attached, this is the wrong site — every page here commits to an answer, which means it will sometimes tell you to skip something you were looking forward to.

It is also not a live booking engine. Prices move, ticket windows change, and attractions close for renovation. We date every page and re-check monthly, but the provider’s own page is always the final word on price and availability on the day you travel.

Prices are collected from operators’ own published rates and the MyKad/foreigner gap is taken from each attraction’s posted tariff. Ratings and review counts shown on booking cards belong to the provider named on the card — GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor or Booking.com — and are never our own scores. We publish no aggregate rating of our own.

Where a fact is genuinely disputed across sources — the current status of the Dark Cave at Batu Caves, or whether The View at Merdeka 118 is selling tickets — we say it is disputed rather than pick the answer that reads more cleanly. That is a deliberate limit, not an omission.
